Once again, PsychiatryOnline is accessible from the Calder Library homepage.  This powerful Web-based portal features DSM-5® and The American Journal of Psychiatry as the cornerstones of a collection of psychiatric references from American Psychiatric Publishing.  PsychiatryOnline provides access to:

  • DSM® Library titles, including DSM-5, DSM-IV-TR®, DSM-IV-TR® Handbook of Differential Diagnosis, and Cases from DSM-IV-TR® Casebook and its Treatment Companion (DSM-5 editions of these two books will soon be added to the collection
  • Journals including The American Journal of Psychiatry, Psychiatric Services, Journal of Neuropsychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences, and Academic Psychiatry

PsychiatryOnline is used as a resource for the Psychiatry Resident-in-Training® Examination (PRITE®) and the Psychiatrists In-Practice Examination® (PIPE®) by The American College of Psychiatrists®.   PsychiatryOnline is more than just printed material converted to an electronic medium.
